Just Because

The most important word in your law school essay exam answer is “because.” This (accurate) assertion is made in the video I just posted
by Dean Debra Cohen (Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, Southern New England School of Law).  She says, “Every time you state a rule, you should say it’s satisfied because or it’s not satisfied because. And after that because there should be a fact.”
